- the EU
- all european countries like Switzerland, which are not members of the EU.
Shipping costs?
Due to guarantee and compensation claims by shipping miss we do only insured shipping. For the insured delivery we charge: - 5,- Euro for Germany
- 15,- Euro for the European Union
- 30,- Euro for Non-EU
By orders over: - 150,- Euro - Germany
- 200,- Euro - European Union
- 250,- Euro - Non-EU
we offer FREE delivery. How do we deliver?
Our products are shipped insured to addresses either by Hermes or DHL. You don't have to pay shipping if you: Delivery times?
Your order is processed immediately upon us receiving it. We ship within: - 3 to 4 working days within Germany.
- 6 to 7 working days within Europe.
Shipping to customers outside of the EU
Prices listed in the Online Shop include the German VAT (19%). But you will have to pay just the price without VAT, because your country is not member of the EU. Important Notice: This applies only if billing- and shipping address are in a country outside of the EU. Shipping without VAT to Germany is not possible. Every order from abroad needs a custom and VAT declaration. The person who orders counts like an importer and is thus obliged to pay custom and VAT.
About custom and VAT declaration specifications in your country please inform yourself at your customs authorities. Important notice
Despite all precautions deliveries can suffer damages. If this is the case we will of course offer a replacement item at no cost to you.This is done by the following procedure: Upon receiving a damaged item you immediately inform the delivery service.
